Rather exposition heavy so far, I hope the pace picks up. Still, looks interesting. Music is very spooky, reminds me a lot of Terror From The Deep.

This is all smacking of there being aliens out there, I think, and the Syndicate is using alien tech. That or the rogue AIs mentioned in the game's intro have gotten really weird.

The series hasn't stuck me as being tech-wanky enough for the rogue ai thing though. Alien AI? Or a conspiracy. Those are also fairly common in sci-fi, that the government/megacorps have super advanced tech that they're not letting the public know about.

The Angelwing's design reminds me more of the Covenant from Halo. I am, however, curious about the AI that apparently caused this disaster. Maybe it was trying to steal the alien ship for itself, or maybe something from the alien ship caused the AI to go rogue.
