Looking for some Dark Souls type recommendations to add to my backlog. Played through Salt & Sanctuary several times, really enjoyed it as well. Looking for games with a similar feel, especially if you can go back and try a different build or play style after an initial run. Have Lords of the Fallen to play through at some point but from the first hour or two I played it wasn't great. I've picked up Hollow Knight and am a couple hours in, enjoying it but the combat isn't quite what I like and I'm not seeing much replayability.

Salt and Sanctuary is much darker and as people usually mention it's 2D Dark Souls. Combat is varied (depending on weapons/build) but very good IMO however it is not a great looking game. I have ~50 hours into it but I'm a huge Dark Souls fan. Lots of replay ability, tons of hidden stuff and I loved the environment with minimal (only one section really) platforming.
