So many elements of this particular bottling speak to the unwavering strength and poise shown by the former First Lady; for example, the final blend was cut to proof using water from a New York maple syrup farm in honor of her prior NY Senate experience. Rye was chosen as the predominant grain because, as distillery co-owner Pia Carusone has noted, it is one of the most “resilient” to work with, drawing parallels to Clinton’s political career. hey whoa, a passing 3/5. this rye is clearly more competent than hillary

STFU about Single Payer. People's health care is at risk right now, especially millions of women and POC. Shut up about your purity legislation that would disproportionately help white people, and potentially would hurt the same people trying to save the ACA. Stop making GBS threads on people who are doing real work to save some lives. For once, look in the loving mirror, learn some humility, and start working, or shut up, step aside, and never speak again.

i finally have insurance now because i moved to a country that gives everyone who works health insurance, and better yet which has medicine and doctors that aren't so expensive that you can't afford them even without insurance. that we're still having the argument about whether we need to move on past ppaca and it's insurance plans with $10k deductibles is insane to me, and that dems are our worst enemy on this is infuriating

the most hosed up thing about "singlepayer is for helping white people!!!" argument is the how many black people don't have adequate healthcare and don't have adequate insurance. my ex-roomate was black, and he and I went seperate ways 8 or 9 years ago. 4 years ago, i heard from his girlfriend that he had died. he had had an asthma attack and he couldn't afford an emergency inhaler. back when he and i were living together, there used to be an otc inhaler you could get from walmart that he used. apparently they stopped selling that and he didn't really have any way to treat his asthma anymore. and one day he had a nasty attack and suffocated. if we had singlepayer he'd still be alive. if we had sane drug pricing and otc laws, he'd still be alive. over here, i can buy an emergency inhaler, no prescription, for approximately $15. there's just no reason he had to die, and it's entirely the US' hosed up healthcare system to blame for his entirely avoidable death Condiv has issued a correction as of 17:20 on Jun 24, 2017 |
