Russians don't care if people can charge $2000 for a MRI, the american hospital association however who gives a single gently caress about ad buys?? that is not the russian election criming, that's just standard oligarchic interference. the part that anybody should care about is russian intelligence having deep access into the electoral infrastructure i feel like people who lump this in with oligarchy literally don't know the actually alarming part of the story
