weren't GMs like all "no we like it's working as intended" when they met about the rules and that very suggestion? I think it'll cut down on the "his skate blade was possibly vaguely off the ice a nanosecond before the puck was in the zone" calls which were the annoying ones but obvious missed calls can be easily reversed. Wonder if the refs complained about it
