kinda wish windows COHLD protect itself

like imagine if apps installing asked permissions like ios

"allow this app to add things to the file system menus"

and also perhaps an extremely easy way of cleaning that mess up

i know how to do it with autoruns but it's still not straightforward

ive never not known which window has focus on windows. its in the name!

on mac, if you click chrome, it focuses hangouts instead. you start typing when u click things and u have no idea which window ur typing in

what does my head in on mac is that closing an app doesn't automatically give focus to the next window that you can see. that's kinda mental: plus since you have to click in a window to get focus before you can use that widow.. well gently caress my/ whereas windows it doesn't matter was has focus the click just works

this matters a lot
