and really the most useful is is reducing demand on housing in sf, etc so good units arent wasted on boring googlers that don't even really care about just having a studio but ya the city is going to throw a shitfit and probaly force htem to cut it down to <1500 units unfortunately. probably asking higher so they know they'll get pushed back to go less and everyone go can home happy as "win" Xaris fucked around with this message at 20:05 on Jul 1, 2017 |
