 I don't feel like he ripped him off. The guy just said he had a bunch of Deadpool, and Rhyno paid him accordingly for that. Not Rhyno's fault this guy couldn't do 2 seconds of research, and it's not like he knew New Mutants #98 was in there.

I guess to me ripped off implies he knew it was worth more than that, which would require him to know about NM#98 being in the box. Since to my knowledge Rhyno's neither a psychic or a liar, it sounds like dumb luck more than anything.
