Sure it's maybe not a "health code issue" but I feel like "I don't want some kid flashing his butthole at me while I eat" is a reasonable complaint that shouldn't be met with 'I will never put my business before my kid!' Just seethes of those white parents who can't control their kid and never say no because he's so 'special' and he grows up to be a total shithead because of it.
