I wasn't really feeling this for the first couple of chapters, but after it gets going it's pretty good. Sorcery battle is definitely the highlight so far.

 Tech trees have shown up. This is really just Civ: The Manga and I love it. Also love that Senku is slowly just turning into Hiruma from Eyeshield 21, only caring about science instead of football.

That was a really fun chapter and I enjoyed Chrome getting a little something over Senku. The manga is really able to grip my interest even without conflict or typical manga storylines, just with some people being excited about discoveries.

Jin in the manga Jin also makes Penicillin. In that comic he ended up needing a whole team of people producing the Penicillin full time because it apparently doesn't last long and is difficult to make potent.

I wasn't sure how much I was going to enjoy the manga at the start because I thought it would be another manga with an idiot strong protagonist, but then Senkuu turned out to be the main character and it got good. Smart, competent, and makes funny reactions: What else could be better for a main character?
