 The closest and bloodiest rainmaker match I've had so far. A real nailbiter, too, we won in overtime. I was kind of surprised though, because it stops you as soon as you take the lead in OT. I guess it makes sense to not allow knockout wins in overtime?

I'm glad everyone has different stages that really gave them trouble. Mine were "Girl Power Station" (Defend the Orb from Octolings) , and "Gnarly Grindage" (Ride the rails and pop the targets). For the first one it took me too long to realise I can just splat bomb them as they spawn, and for the second one I insisted on using the Bamboozler. I think that one took at least a dozen tries. The one where you defend the orb from missiles and zepplins was really easy for me, you just shoot the zeppelins' weak points, and you can blow up multiple missiles by just shooting the orb when they're close, which also heals it. oh yeah and clam blitz whips rear end.

Solo Campaign as well as Salmon Run get you tickets that help you level up faster. If that's not your thing, the Solo Campaign is a good starting point and Salmon Run is just a fun Co-Op mode. Usually.

When I showed Girl Power Station off to a friend a few days ago I ended up accidentally doing it perfectly my second attempt by picking the dualies. The Dodge Roll helped me get into a firing position. Of course, remembering when what octo spawns helped a lot, I figure, since my initial success took a LOT of tries. My success was probably just from sheer experience.

What I want for sure is the ability to select my weapon and loadout during matchmaking, and to see what weapons my teammates are bringing before the match starts so we don't end up with stuff like four brushes. Maybe that's against the spirit though.
