Knuckle, which was this documentary about Irish Gypsy boxing; it was pretty bananas. It was basically if Trailer Park Boys was a serious documentary, like it literally begins with a wedding between first cousins and ends with the filmmakers rage quitting because after watching two Grandpa's beat the poo poo outta each other they start questioning the purpose of the documentary they were making.

I watched a movie called Mindhorn. It's a weird British comedy. Near as I can tell the whole point of the film is to make fun of Tom Sellek, Magnum PI and his career after (and maybe a bit of Lee Majors and the Six Billion Dollar Man).

It was pretty funny.

A few years ago I was scrolling the comedy section on netflix and landed on some weird British film about a guy who can stop time. I was hoping for laughs but it ended up being essentially just pornography and so I asked Jesus to remove it from the netflix I don't know if he did.

I watched a bunch of really bad nicholas sparks movies because the romance category was the only one left where i hadn't already seen like 75% of them. I wouldn't recommend it.

Nazis at the center of the earth though was worth watching, but i dont think it's on there anymore.

Wanna watch new MST3K? gently caress off.
What about Lucha Underground? Lol, nope.
I just checked and Dead Snow that someone mentioned isn't even there despite being a bloody Norwegian movie. The Trollhunter also isn't available despite being up on the American version.
At least Stranger Things and GLOW was good but I'd sure as poo poo never pay for this.

On topic, last night I rewatched Silent Hill. Still a good adaption.

I'm broken for superhero movies anymore. I have absolutely no desire to watch any more of them - I heard that Dr Strange was cool and trippy but about 45 minutes in I realized I'm pretty much over the whole CGI-heavy superhero crap.

I've gone back to rewatching gritty thrillers again. Zero Dark Thirty and Heat and stuff like that. You guys know a rad as gently caress movie on Amazon? Sicario! Now that's a loving movie.

This. I was having trouble sleeping one night and saw that this was now on Netflix so I said, "Oh, how bad could it be?" I can't believe I stuck with it for all 89 minutes. More than that, though, I can't believe how much effort went into making something so terrible.

On the other hand, I second that What We Do In the Shadows is loving awesome.

Anyways the guy who really likes wine also has a crush on this girl and then of course he wins her over in the end, no thanks to his love of wine, which actually causes a few mistakes along the way.
