Undiagnosed PKU is less headache/nausea and more death/permanent severe brain damage as an infant. Essentially every baby in developed countries is screened for it shortly after birth.

The main parts that make it is the type and amount of cheese used, and the edged pan so that the crust sort of fries in the cheese oil drippings as it absorbs them.
