Hello new thread from the ex-cook lurkers.

Those of us that compusively clean tables. Kitchens full of professional gear, but just basics. Quarter and half sheets, decent tongs, lots of fluffy clean white towels. Stock in the freezer properly labeled. Glad to be making much better money but still miss the rush sometimes.
