It seems impossible then - I forgot to account for the time it takes 7 of Clubs to walk to the closet. Unless you can get him to move before the cue that Scruffy showed off, you can't complete that portion until 2:45.

So to complete the Charm you've got to either 1) complete it in the roughly 1:30 between the two events, which would involve running across the room mid-conversation or 2) doing it in the same time before the gun in the chapel, which would probably be harder since it's more travel time.
