So I've been doing the math on trying to save all the guests at once, and yeah, it just doesn't seem possible with travel time. Best I can come up with: Start in the chapel: the blank is available at 1:35. The gun becomes available at 1:55, and must be altered by 2:30. Next, head to the music area. The murderer there will leave to check on the record at 2:15 - you've got to grab the record, put it in the closet, and then be ready to grab the key and lock him in. Now you've got to book it to complete the Hungry Charm and be in the secret room. The candle becomes available at 3:30 and MUST be put out by 4:30. Then - downstairs. You can get the CCTV switched over any time between 4:10 and 10:25, but this is a good time since you're down there. The VIP statue can be changed after 3:05. Then it's down to grab the broken arm and switch that statue. Next, run to the theatre. You've got some time here, but you need to turn on the breaker and then be at the second switch between 8:40 and 9:50. After that, back down to the stairway area - you can flip the last statue any time after 8:50, but it must be completed before 10:35. It's that opening section that's the trouble. I don't think it's possible to get Tequila's sequence done in time to complete the Hungry Charm, unless putting out the candle after Willow is hypnotized and leaves works. You could try doing the Hungry Charm first, but that wouldn't leave enough time to get down to the chapel to save Reggie.

Yeah, that's what I thought. It seems impossible then - I forgot to account for the time it takes 7 of Clubs to walk to the closet. Unless you can get him to move before the cue that Scruffy showed off, you can't complete that portion until 2:45. So to complete the Charm you've got to either 1) complete it in the roughly 1:30 between the two events, which would involve running across the room mid-conversation or 2) doing it in the same time before the gun in the chapel, which would probably be harder since it's more travel time.

Huh. Okay, I guessed who the bloody lady and the gold mask were (not that it was terribly hard, mind you), but this was not the direction I was expecting things to go in. Huh.
