Didn't Hoffenheim get all their good players stolen by real teams after last year? I feel bad for them.

This doesn't bode particularly well for when we play a capable team tbh

Carra and Skrtel would be a better option than the current set of jokers

Rather play for second place in an EL group than be hammered into last place of a CL group. There's always next season lads.

Can you imagine how much Carra would take the piss out of you when you gently caress up, he'll probably bring it up to your WAG at the Christmas party

I am glad that jimmy gets another chance to annoy the gently caress out of fancy european dans with his persistence, possibly also a chance to nutmeg messi.

The chances of either Tottenham or Liverpool getting a ridiculously tough group is pretty good. There's 4/7 pot 1 teams that would be a big problem for them (RM, Bayern, Juve, Monaco), then 3/6 of pot 2 (Atletico, Barca, PSG). That's roughly 50% crudely done of one or the other running into that situation, but it would be a little higher if you did a bayes breakdown of consecutive draws (since they're not all done at the same time). Neither team is particularly deep, meaning serious mid-late season fatigue on their starters. Chelsea, City and United are all in a better odds situation for this draw, and have much deeper rosters and loan reserves. I'm excited to watch some melt-downs.
