a lot of ipa's use the strong hoppy flavor to hide low quality ingredients


I'm not familiar with that brewery, and am not making a statement on the quality of that particular beer

I’ve gotten to a point where if there are flavor notes on a label it gives me a good idea if I’ll like the whiskey or not
