It's the small things that bug the hell out of me. The destroyers have some of their modern features removed, but still have huge towed sonar arrays at the stern. There are AA guns on the beach and on the warships, but there's never a single puff of flak at a Luftwaffe fighter or bomber. Why was the minesweeper that got bombed at anchor instead of maneuvering? Why was the evacuation ship not blacked out at night? Of course it's going to get torpedoed! All in all I enjoyed the movie, I thought it was well paced and very suspenseful, but there were some things that stuck out to me.
