There's twelve of us and only 1 starting QB position per team, so even if everyone was carrying a full-time bye week backup (I assume everyone is but I haven't actually looked) that still leaves 8 starting NFL QBs unaccounted for. That said I have four QBs because I forgot I kept Paxton Lynch

So I've never done FAAB before. Are undrafted players always on waivers and we have to use FAAB for them? Or will they drop to FA after tomorrow and we can add/drop at will?

They will become FA if no one bids a $ on them. No cost to pickup FAs. I dropped Winston because I have Brady and Dak
