I really like how they handle the banlist in Duel Links.

You're allowed one Limited card, and two Semi-Limited. The Semi-Limited can be two copies of the same card or one copy of two different ones.

That plus the judicious decision making as to which cards get in made me quite enjoy duel links while I played it.
