Whichever volume of the Carl Barks Library that has Lost in the Andes. The Seven Cities of Gold is a personal favorite as well.

That would be Lost in the Andes and The Seven Cities of Gold.

Not as such. A storyline seems to show a lumberjack looking Cap without memory stumbling through the woods meeting different people, including Red Skull and now Kobik. Afterlife for the Non-Nazi Cap soul, alternative dimension, inside the Cosmic Cube - who knows yet.

We'll probably find out next week. My guess is "locked away somewhere in Steve's mind".

Kirby and Ditko really did some great work on those Atlas-era monster/horror books.

That's Infernal Devices: http://dc.wikia.com/wiki/Starman:_Infernal_Devices_(Collected)

Unfortunately, it's missing 36 for some reason. Like I said, DC's collection department used to be trash.

I would bet 36 was a "Times Past" story. DC collected those in their own separate volume for the trades.
