Mother Panic is a big two comic that has good flat coloring going on right now, but John Paul Leon probably demands it. (some random preview pages)

It's not an overly YA comic. It just stars them. It's very good.

Couldn't requests just happen in the funny/badass/touching threads?

Someone was asking about that Silver Age series in the last thread. That must be the most anyone's thought about it since it was published.

If you're not doing the whole Morrison thing, you're fine just going right to Tomasi/Gleason BnR. It's a completely clean start and it's great. There are a few tie-in's for the main Batman title's storylines, but you generally don't need to worry about that. You will probably want to have a look at the events of Morrison's second Batman Inc series when a certain something very obviously happens to Damian. Then follow Tomasi/Gleason to their current Superman comic. That's the most important thing.

Keep in mind it's nestled in with the rest of his JLA run.

Amazon's listing one of the current volumes at over $100, so you might have to wait for the new complete omnibus in March https://www.amazon.com/Kamandi-Jack-Kirby-Omnibus/dp/1401274692 Otherwise, it's all on Comixology. There's a current Kamandi Challenge series, which is pretty neat. The point is for each issue's creative team to leave a deathtrap cliffhanger for the next issue's creative team to figure out how to get out of.

Just found the right animal genes to reconstitute him. It wasn't too impressive. I can't wait to see the Tom King/Kevin (TMNT) Eastman finale.

Then be disappointing about the tiny amount of interior work she's done since. Funnily enough, an issue of Kamandi Challenge was one of those rare instances.

I made that complaint a year ago! edit: Or maybe it just the suggestion of a thread title that was then ignored Teenage Fansub fucked around with this message at 20:25 on Aug 24, 2017 |

That makes me think... Did The Absorbing Man and Titania ever get married? There's too much opportunity with the whole 'ball and chain' thing to pass up, I'd think.

Robinson's back at DC, so a new collection (probably jumbo omnis) could be possible.

Soonmot posted:Speaking of dc trades department, I've been thinking abort getting caught up on the Batman books. I stopped reading right at year zero or whatever. Dc does have a bunch of collected editions out right? Of course. https://www.amazon.com/Scott-Snyder/e/B001KDFJAW edit: The second box set of trades starts at Zero Year, if that's where you quit. https://www.amazon.com/Batman-Scott...Capullo+Box+Set ee: I didn't read in trades, but I believe Vol 6 is pretty skippable. It collects some good stuff, but they're isolated one or two shot stories. One is a preview of the weekly series, Batman Eternal, which may make it seem like a waste of time. eee: And you've probably read the two Clayface issues if you were reading floppies.
