So Artie plead guilty to possession of 81 baggies of heroin and has been flown by private jet to a rehab in an undisclosed location. The jet was paid for by two anonymous comedian friends of his, most think it's Colin and maybe Apatow. He's still up for sentencing in February after he finishes rehab so he may still do jail time. Ant still hasn't said a word about any of it  The O&A-o-verse still delivers.

Kevin Brennan absolutely buried Compound Media on Jim and Sam today. He walked away from it because he was getting stiffed for cash for various reasons and he was blaming a lot of it on them needing money to keep Artie on the network even though he is "a fat junkie" who barely shows up. He also made fun of the fact that Artie showed up an hour and a half late a couple of days ago and Anthony tried to brush it off like nothing was wrong. He also thinks Bill Schultz is terrible and was only signed because he used to be on Fox News.

Jim and Sam had a live show with Vos, Colin and Gilbert and it got the absolute worst audience reaction I've ever heard at one of these things. 2 hours of near silence. They weren't even bombing or anything. The crowd just seemed to be completely checked out of the thing right from the beginning.

Eh, I liked Nick even if his show could be a bit one note. At least he wasn't as middle of the road as Norton and Sam or as loving objectively awful as Ellis or the Scottish guy that can't do radio or Covino and Riches Mornin' Attitude hackfest. The channel line up was poor already and they just got rid of the only show that actually had its own voice.

I haven't listened to it but Opie said on his first podcast that Westwood One wanted to do it live and broadcast it on the screens in Times Square. He recorded it in the woods in New Jersey instead because he didn't like the Times Square idea. What a delusional loving liar.
