Buying a big 2 pound book every week to keep up with the couple series you like seems super wasteful so I dont blame people for forgoing it, even though I still think the anthology format is super good and am mad jealous only euro publishers realized how good it was too.

A few people here seem outraged at him writing Manga again. Personally I'm more outraged at him being free and still in possession of his dick. You can boycott him all you want if it makes you feel better, But realistically,if he's not writing Manga, what would you rather have someone like that do? Go clean up a park near playing kids? Hell no! Die in a ditch might be nice, but not reading his Manga isn't going to accomplish that...unfortunately. I'd rather he stay up in his attic (preferably without internet) and draw a decent manga then walk around where he can get anywhere near kids.

The anime sucks after that point because it's all filler that was bad enough to get it cancelled before they could resume adapting the manga. The manga, however, gets into some of the best parts of the entire series.

Welp. Interestingly, I was listening to an episode of the Shonen Jump Podcast recently and when the question of 'who is the oldest SJ manga protagonist' came up, there was a mention that they should probably not talk about it before moving on. That's probably a sign that they're well aware of what happened at least, even if they haven't discussed it. I wonder what'll happen when the manga returns.

Actually, how old is Goku? He spent a year dead after Piccolo killed him along with Raditz and then he spent like 7 or 8 years dead between Cell's Game and the Bibidi Babidi Boo saga; both Goten and Trunks are still children in the Dragon Ball Super timeline, so it probably hasn't been that long since the BBB saga ended. Plus however many years he spent in the room where 1 year goes by while only 1 day has passed IRL.
