Yeah Kenshin can still fight. He's just probably on a level below that of Saito, Aoshi and the heavy's and more like on Sano's level.

Pretty good set up chapter.

Also a sweet retcon of some chapter one stuff. But meh.

I mean that's weird as I don't think every almost every Shonen Author is a pedophile. Also Tokiko from Buso Renkin is probably one of my favorite female characters in any shonen.

Also, Kaoru fought in Kyoto, Yahiko wasn't trusted or treated as an equal member of the team until after that fight against that assassin tools user, and even then the only reason he won that fight was because Kenshin interjected.

Not really, Kaoru wasn't really infantilized, Even the Enshi stuff was standard rescue the heroine stuff in Shonen. Misato you may have a case. but Kaoru acted like an adult throughout most of that series.
