Buddy of mine bought one of those Capris for $650 when he got back from a deployment. Turbo and a 5 speed so it was at least entertaining. We just thrashed it and essentially treated the throttle as a binary switch. It was a hateful little turd, but it managed to survive our abuse.

The wife's got an uncle and grandfather in Key West. There were mutterings from the old man of staying and riding it out, but they've talked some sense in to him so the two of them (plus partners and a dog) are rolling out this morning. My parents have a place in PCB that they offered for use so they might be heading there. Uncle's not real thrilled about leaving his house and all his stuff, but the window of opportunity to GTFO is closing rapidly. If they can get out and haul rear end, it's about a 12 hour trip.

There better be a loving clause in the sales contract that says Meth Dragon stays.

Wife's family should be rolling into PCB today. Just hope they've got something to go back to in Key West.

Ok, so DigiKey has these awesome little threaded L brackets that I found: The only thing that kinda sucks about them is that .437" dimension on the short leg. Ideally, I'd like something around an inch or longer. Checked BoltDepot, Fastenal, and McMaster and haven't had much luck. Can you guys think of anywhere else to look?

Thirded on the tire. Wife's car picked up one up drat near the exact same spot and nobody would touch it. Too close.
