Someone in the other thread suggested that Foles wouldn't sit because he needs more playing time. Is that a general consensus?

Good idea. I didn't even consider that Fournette could be held out again since they're playing solid pass offense.

I don't think Flacco is a huge downgrade from Foles. But MIN is favored by 9 to win that game so Foles SHOULD play.
