The best way to deal with Jindosh is to stop time during his smug intro, run through that wall of light and all the way around to his lab, then retract the bridge while he's still standing on it. I think there's another way you can get the in the walls achievement too - if you're fast enough and can find the right spot to enter during the first big room shift, he think it was a malfunction.
