It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.


Started a kitchen reno project with the intent of installing new tile and cabinets, then found out that the base of my backsplash was cracked and had been leaking water down the back of the cabinets for years and the drywall was all hosed up. Also a mouse chewed a bunch of insulation off a wire leaving exposed conductor in places.
