i'll save you forever and say that that the format is page num:line num, the previous post was the first segment i was tempted to go with page num:word num and then one-time pad but when i was grabbing examples i decided to change plans

there is a combination lock code hidden at the end, it's the out of place line about number systems. this is obtuse but 06902, aka pg 69 line 2, aka 692 when converted from hex to dec is 1682
