Question: How do you feel about rascally moles?

The camera fucks up sometimes when I move it to scope the pin. I've had it refuse to center on the character/ball.

Really wish I had a course map. Hell, even a hole layout would be nice.

I dislike that the game sometimes puts your tee shot directly into a lake or OB and you have to spend a few seconds figuring out where the hell it's pointing you in relation to the fairway.

Yeah I know about the zoom, but that mode doesn't let you see the entire course. It sometimes cuts me off from viewing the pin.

Ignoring your stats, hitting the ball from the bottom will pop it up and over the deep rough/sand that it is lodged in. Comes in handy when you are trying to hit over an object or body of water that is right in front of you.

It also stops your ball from rolling away from where it landed.

I think they are trying to use the joystick for 360 degrees of control when in reality you just turn it left or right.

Bugs I've encountered:
  • Camera moves away from character and is unresponsive until the shot is made.
  • Ball lands on green and is marked as Rough
  • Unable to move my shot distance in both directions, only one.
  • Directional inputs for changing said shot distance have reversed, where pulling back somehow moved the cursor farther.
  • Soft Lock on Disc Golf course.
  • Putting is hard AF

I've had much more success with that, yes.

It's so hard to read the green correctly that I'd rather just chip it in.

I had a soft lock when I got the guy in the Disc Golf course the red bandanna. I handed it to him and the dialogue just stopped. The trees kept moving but I could not control my character or bring up the menu screen.

One of the most common bugs I encounter are when the camera fucks up or does not reset. I also get a lot of aiming controls to seeming stop working or even weirder, reverse.

Yeah it puts a little blue shade on the top and bottom of the ball. I found this out by accident.

I keep coming up like 2 inches short on the old man's putting challenge at the country club Tidy Greens(?)

You have to go from tee box to sinking it in six putts.

I'm holding the trigger to give the ball some extra roll, accounting for wind, and pretty much maxing the power on each stroke.

Every time the ball stops just shy of dropping. What am I missing?

So I really need to just 100% it on all six shots? I've been trying that and I'll get 96% (roughly)

Guess I need to git gud.

One of the triggers generally assigned to approach shots seriously increases the distance you can putt

Aside from that, idk, try to stay on the fairway as much as possible.

Yeah I've been using that. I'll give it a shot during lunch. I guess I need to try harder.

Game is good.

I found out about the Tidy Green bug about 5 minutes after I did that party sequence. Dodged a bullet.

Weird because I found the music to be delightful. I'm not an Earthbound / SNES days fanboy either.
