Yeah, I don’t like this news. I’m sure Skylar Astin will be fine but I will really miss Santino. I’m particularly surprised about this given the conversation I had with Santino last year. He and I were in a concert together and I told him how much I loved and missed him on CEG. He said he hoped he’d be able to return and that fans should email/tweet at the creators if they wanted him back since they’re very receptive. But he also talked about how difficult it was to juggle the filming schedule with his life in NY. So yeah. It’s possible they just couldn’t make it work. I really hope there wasn’t some sort of falling out. e: I just remembered that he’s doing the world premiere of Tootsie the musical here starting next month.
