correct me if im wrong, but are they doing a hearthstone pack model for fleet upgrades? so if you havent bought the recent pack cycle then youre behind, in power of those that do when the campaigns refresh. kind of like how youre SOL if you dont buy the new hearthstone set for deckbuilding. power creep card mechanics in an mmo dont seem like a great idea (for consumers). i do like the idea of a 4x mmo so ill watch and see what happens
