Although that happened like once per MGS anyway... (he wanted MGS3 to be done entirely in Russian and Snake's VA even took Russian lessons but pretty much all the other VAs threatened to quit if that happened, apparently.) He also wanted the fight with The End to be way, way longer, but then the team mutinied again.
