Short duration silences are cool because they interrupt combos and seriously disrupt teamfights without turning champs reliant on abilities into player controlled minions. Does Kass's Q still interrupt channeled effects?

But yeah you can usually win if you play a ranger carried top but your team will lack a beefcake which is bad.
