Losing Gudas fucks things up quite a bit too. The only defensemen left with much experience right now are Ghost and Manning.

They're better than this game shows, but they're pretty banged up right now and are just a mess defensively. Alt's an AHL lifer, Haag's young and inexperienced, ghost is mediocre-to-OK defensively, you get the idea.
