sooooooo I'm still not even a month through my probationary period at my new job but it's a union gig and our newest collective agreement has a section specifically calling out $30k of funding on top of extended health insurance for anything related to gender-affirming care I am getting some real fuckin Feels that I've suppressed for the past eight years of working for a certified old boys club because of this
