I have been on valerate for over a year now. Went and tested my blood after missing my weekly shot, I think it was something like 10 or 11 days after the last one; my E levels were eight times as high as they were back when I took 8mg estradiol orally each day. That's eleven days without an injection. I have no beef with estradiol valerate. It fuckin rules

In Poland, to get your name changed you have to amend your birth certificate, and to do that, you have to sue both of your parents; then a panel of "specialists" appointed by the court will decide whether you're actually trans or not. Said specialists are rarely, you know, competent, so it's always a lottery. I've been putting it off for years because holy poo poo some of the horror stories
