Everyone's physiology is different, and when you've been in ketosis for a long time, your body processes good carbs more efficiently. That is not enough starch to knock me out of ketosis, personally, although it likely would be for someone else. It's certainly not the best choice for going low-carb, but many of the keto people I know do eat sweet potatoes occasionally. e: I meant that first sentence in a joking manner and I hope it came across as such.
