Cockatoos love doing poo poo like this because they know it drives dogs insane. Imagine a flock of a hundred cockatoos flying up and down a street doing this for nine hours and it gets a lot less funny. Sometimes they stop and let you think they've gone. Then, when you finally relax, the trees start barking.

Phy posted:Part of the reason I like this thread is because, if birds are so weird, how weird were the dinosaurs? Imagine a hadrosaur doing this with a big dried-up gourd If I owned Pixar I would dedicate all our animators to making a movie be based on trawling through youtube bird videos and remaking them with huge fluffball dinosaurs. EDIT: Like this, but with big stompy sound effects Megillah Gorilla has a new favorite as of 08:47 on Oct 5, 2019 |

Video of a lady being chased by a curious cassowary which is just interested in her phone. I've queued the video up to the part which, more than any other video I've ever watched, demonstrates what it must have been like to be run down by a dinosaur. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mi5hp4gR_fg&t=59s

I've been using a bin spring for a couple years now after the local cockies taught the magpies how to open wheelie bins and now nothing is safe.
