Our public transportation sucks, but with the exception of Georgetown and the Palisades, which is the Georgetown of Georgetown, every neighborhood of D.C. Is serviced by either the Metro or by a bus line or two. Plenty of wealthy people rely on public transportation here; those wealthy enough to not need it have their protection details drive them to work.

East Hampton, Water Mill, and some other small areas in Southampton town(ship) are filled with rich and ultra wealthy.
