The Browns are legend. The Factory of Sadness is at its peak. There is no hope, the light does not gift its presence in Cleveland for Football. The organization requires management change top down but it will not come and I look forward to 2018 where we will have an owner managing from a jail cell or through his wife.

I hope in 2018 we get cheerleaders or a hot QB wife.

And soon begins the moment the Browns begin a build towards a 10 year dominating dynasty. 10 superbowls, all in a row. The cosmos and eternity balance. The sign is foretold of the retirement of Brady and the sacrifice of Rothlesburger.

DeShon Elliot S, Texas in the 2nd may not be bad for Free Safety if you want that over a CB or LB, he's had a productive year and 6 interceptions.

Aight. For me, I feel going for a QB then the best supposed player in the RB is a good decision but need to then draft to support them. I hope Thomas does come back but he's got to be on the back end of a career. If he can, I'd rather he go to the Patriots or something and get a Ring.

They're not going to be competitive for a while, so it might not be totally dumb to skip a QB this year, and trade that number one for some more picks and shore up other places.

If they do that they should go for Fitzpatrick S and Barkley RB imo. It'd be a good defense and offense set. But then you'd still want to better your O Line to give him lanes. I said they should gently caress a QB last year and get one this year so I'm fine with a good QB this year or one that has potential........that needs a good coaching staff. :(

Okay. So....hear me out since I don't know how this works or what I'm doing. Browns have $118 million in cap space. I don't know if that means per year or a total so one contract could eat this up. BUT this is what I'm thinking.

Drew Brees is a UFA in 2018, sign him. Throw the money at him for a 3 year deal, the dude is 38 years old. Take your #4 pick and drop down a couple but stay in the top 10. Draft Lamar Jackson as your QB to sit for 3 years behind him and learn. Between Hue and Brees, Lamar will come along. This way you also secured another 1st rounder in 2019 and more picks and still get #1 Saquon Barkley, and #2 Lamar Jackson filling your needs.

Let's say that's $25 million a year for Brees. We have like $95 million in cap space. Even if it was $75 million eaten up for his contract, we would still have $43 in cap space. Your QB of the future poo poo is secure and you have a great RB to add to the threat. The remainder should be spent on keeping Josh Gordon at WR for like a 5 year 8 million per year deal or something. I assume between the two you eat up your cap space unless it works differently cause I don't know. He's gonna want more sure.

For your second round draft, pick something like an Orlando Brown, RT. Some big dude who can open up running lanes for Barkley and a WR to help. This secures your offense.

This is true. Haslam is one of those with a head up his rear end about things and it comes off his vibe where only what goes on in his head and decision making is correct plus from his scheme with the Flying J it shows he doesn't give a poo poo.

Peyton Manning supposedly was some name being thrown about with some interest for something or other for Cleveland. I have no idea but if that came in it'd be another one with his own vision reporting to Haslam and getting nowhere.

There have been so many GMs and management staffs through different owners that it's toxic and needs to change.

Throw all 118 million at him. Make him say no. Tie him up to a chair in an abandoned warehouse and start pressing 100 million on his face and tell him to cry “I submit!”

Lol I know he’s not coming. Ah well there’s always Kirk Cousins and Kaep if we want but I’d prefer Jackson.

I doubt it would be the Browns because Jimmy H would probably go to jail for slipping up about something and it’d be recorded and used against him.

It would be awesome if the NFL forced it on them to understand just what the duck is going on there

what's the best sports bar around downtown cleveland? or the best brewery to visit? we're gonna need it

Depending on if you want to pay for parking. Sports bar go to I’d say is Winking Lizard if you haven’t been. Large beer selection, they’re all over and good food. Paninis but less so. Mostly on Prospect downtown. There’s Tilted Kilt that has the most TVs and okay food and servers in skimpy outfits on East 4th. They also got a Whalbugers recently. Downtown nightlife is typically East 4th for restaurants, West 6th for clubby stuff,, or Ohio City or Tremont for hippy places and either Shooters in the summer which is next to the strip club and opposite is East Bank Flats for activity, restaurants next to the lake.

Ohio City has Great Lakes Brewery which is the key one for Midwest I’d recommend and their seasonal Christmas Ale has a good rep and history. East Bank has Thirsty Dog Brewery and I think it’s Platform or another one down the street, Beerhead is my go to there but it’s got options. Bar Louie on West 6th. Barley House on W6th shows UFC events some times and it’s close to the Browns Stadium.

I’d youre talking out of downtown let know.

that pretty much answers all of it. we're staying in the hilton garden down the street from FE Stadium. just wanted fun places close by so taxi costs won't kill us.

I'll just put it this way. If you're close to FE, the below is closer to further.

West 6th: Barley House is very popular and opposite is Rumor nightclub which only opens at 10. Bar Louie is the other bar place that's good. On West 9th there's Map Room but its more divish. It does have a couple good restaurants around this area.

East Bank: Beerhead (large beer selection, great pizza) and Punch Bowl Social (trendy place, mixed drinks, always packed) are the two hopping places: Flipside for Burgers has good food but isn't as hopping. Thirsty Dog Brewery is which is good, they have dog themed beer like Ol Leghumper or 12 Dogs of Christmas and Platform is close by.

West Bank Flats: Shooters but its closed, next to best Strip Club Christie's and little further down is Hustler Club. Music Box Supper club has live performance and dinner and is next to comedy theater.

East 4th/Ontario/Prospect: East 4th is all restaurants and Corner Alley which has a bowling place. Ontario and Prospect corner is the Tilted Kilt and Whalburgers opposite that. And the casino on the opposite corner. Prospect has Winking Lizard and Panini's (and a BW3 but meh to that). Barrio is ownage great Tacos if you want but not a sports place. If you want a prohibition style cocktail bar that's cool, it's Society Lounge that'll lead you downstairs to it.

Tremont: Gastropubs like Prosperity Social Club, wine bars, and trendy joints like Dante's or fantastic pizza from Edison's or Burbon Street Barrell Room which is New Orleans and an Indian place further.

Ohio City: Great Lakes Brewery, Townhall, Bier Mkt, Market Garden Brewery and it has much more options like close by mexican in Momocho.

Yes. Go to Sokolowski please. But I think its closed at late night.

Further out there's the University Circle area next to Case Western Reserve and Little Italy but that's a longer taxi ride away, like 20+ minutes.

Also, during the morning, Ohio City has West Side Market which has a great gyro for sale and other stuff. It's a farmer's market place but it has some cool things inside the building to try.

Unless that means pre-game work.

Bradley Chubb? No.
Saquon Barkley? No.
Minkah Fitzpatrick? No.
Next LT? No.

The Browns could have gotten 3 of those this draft 1st round.

Oh well. Hoping Baker does well or is entertaining.

Hoping Haslam + Hue leave.

Hope Lamar Jackson owns the AFC for the next decade. Dude seems cool and good.
