Spider-Man I am pretty sure you saw them through the window or something. Guess the writer forgot that, along with other things that characters are supposed to know. Also these two have not looked very heroic in this part of the arc. Breaking into some guys apartment attacking him and meancing his family all on the word of some random crook (Or in Punisher's case off seeing Spider-Man going into the building and somehow knowing Owl lived there).

see, i told you the owl is a massive chump. he lost mostly off-panel after nsm tackled him partly by accident. their fight consisted entirely of the owl trying to escape by gliding through his own apartment.

Oh my God Peter First two panels I was all set to complain about how as Peter Parker he actually has every reasonable excuse to call up the FBI and tell them exactly what just happened (sans using Spider-Powers to escape) and who the assassin is since not a single element of what he uncovered relates to being Spider-Man... but then I'm just in awe of that third panel
