nc-9 looking like it might go to recount nc-13 is a bust nc-2 the republican's up by a few thousand, but only like 11/70 precincts in wake county have come in and the chud counties have all reported, so that'll be interesting

nah the dissolution order is because the board itself is unconstitutional it was formed as part of the series of power grab bills the legislature passed in an emergency session after the democrat won the governor's race in 2016, almost all of which have been struck down since
