 cover letters don't matter right? my bf is spending a lot of time on his cover letter. trying to convince him the time is better spent on the resume or interview prep

 alright sounds good. it’s the first thing he’s applied for in a while so there’s no template to quickly customize. so not a complete waste of time then

all the offers ive gotten came after an interview where i felt super relaxed and had a nice conversational rapport with the interviewers and didn't care if I got the job or not lol
