They've already shown that however long she's had feelings for the manager she knows very little about him, since she didn't know he had a kid or that he was divorced. That puts her solidly in "schoolgirl infatuation of an idealized image" territory as far as I'm concerned, though I don't watch enough romance anime to know if that qualifies as "full throttle love" for them.
