My go to burg includes two all beef seared dics, dill and dijon mustard sauce, a chiffonade of lettuce, some shaved cheese, finely sliced cornichon and eschalots on a sesame seed brioche. Usually I pair it with a side of pomme frites and a zesty drink. |
