oh mine went up 20 last month and it's about to get higher. they want to install surge pricing meters here, you can opt out but its a flat $12/mo meter reading charge if you do so. i'm doing it because loving lmbo if i'm going to have somebody nag me to "turn off my air conditioning from noon to 5pm" (hint: i and my cat will loving die)

i would put ten dollars on your fridge being a leaky pos with bad insulation. this is not a personal attack. mine sucks too and runs constantly and it's not even full size, its like in between a dorm and real fridge

You can put on random poo poo filmed or dubbed in a language you’re trying to learn in the background, The content doesn’t matter really but it helps in getting better at hearing and parsing the words while not necessary understanding them. Also good for getting used to how a language is “sung” for lack of a better metaphor.

Just set things up on a new laptop via my personal emacs config git repo, every required package downloaded as needed and it Just Worked* it was magical * except the font because I forgot to install Source Code Pro first so it looked a bit poo poo

My team got moved from a Java project to a golang one, I don’t care fer it The Java story for emacs is unrecognizable now compared to even 5 years ago, was gonna use IntelliJ too if things didn’t work well enough but they did
