Weightlifting is a good form of exercise as long as you go into it with the attitude that it's just a way to stay healthy and nothing more. The people that want to look ripped as hell either quit after a week or injure themselves trying to leg press %5000 their weight.

That cold turkey app wouldn't work on me. As soon as it starts locking stuff I would just go looking for a hack or a work around to get back in.
